It is a significant change for all organisations, including charities, which hold and process personal data. We do not collect any personal information on members classified as ‘sensitive’ under GDPR.

Our website does not use logons, forms or cookies and does not collect any personal data.

How do we use the information?

The data provided by members is used for the following purposes:

  • this includes distribution of a hardcopy bulletin twice a year and email updates on events, workdays and meetings. Email blind carbon copy (BCC) is used to prevent contact details being visible to other members.
  • reporting of donations for Gift Aid collection and maintenance of accounting records

We do not share any member information with third parties.
